LaboraIQ Health provides AI-generated interpretation of laboratory results for educational and decision-support purposes. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that any laboratory data you upload is your own or that you are authorised to process it.

The platform is sold as credits. One credit produces one complete report. Credits are added to your account after successful payment and do not expire. Prices are shown in Saudi Riyal and include VAT where applicable.

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to bypass payment, uploading data you have no right to process, or using the platform to provide medical diagnosis to third parties without the appropriate professional qualification and consent.

We provide the service on an "as is" basis and continuously improve the underlying models. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date shown above. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
