Privacy Notice

We collect only what the service needs: your name and email address to run your account, the laboratory values and any files you submit for analysis, and the reports generated from them.

Your health data is used for one purpose — producing your report. It is never sold, never rented, and never used to advertise to you. Laboratory files you upload are processed to generate the report and are not published or shared with other users.

Reports are stored in your account so that you can review them and follow trends over time. You can request deletion of your account and its reports at any time by contacting us.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe processes the payment and returns only the result to us.

We apply appropriate technical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls around your account. We aim to align our handling of personal data with the principles of Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), including purpose limitation, data minimisation and your right to access and delete your data.
